   It is used in sub-packaging and hitting of viscose material filled in plastic bottles. Controlled by quantitative vat, it can capping and countering automatically with accurate measurement, high automaticity, easy operation and stability. It also reduces labor intensity and improves work efficiency and can be used with hydraulic discharging machine of any specification.Working process:   Connected with discharging machine, lids are fed in manually to feeder then turn on switch, put bottles to filling heads, material will be filled in automatically then transfer bottles to conveyor, capping and exhausting unit will work at the same time, finished  products will be sent out of filling machine and being packed manually.(only one worker is needed)

3.8 Description of conveyor of bottom head-feeding: capacity  700sets; manual bottom cover,automatic conveying bottom head, machine should be stopped if materials are filled fully,(controlled by photo electricity), convey speed  45pcs /min,success rate: 100%.
